Location Lighting on Winnemucca Mountain

He’s back folks! After the famously fun and popular session with the skate and BMX crowd two years ago, Tom Bol is back to share his photographic wizardry with battery powered strobes and action sports. Winnemucca has a new biking, hiking, and equestrian trail, top to bottom on Winnemucca Mountain. It’s a fantastic trail that combines great views with varied (including some gnarly) terrain.

The workshop will begin with a short classroom session at the Convention Center. We’ll then move to Winnemucca Mountain — the top if the weather is good and the road is open, or the bottom of the trail otherwise. We’ll have various models including bikers, hikers, and possibly horses. Tom will set up two or three fully equipped “stations” so participants will have ample opportunity for hands-on operation of the gear and for making personal photographs.

This is an all day workshop that is repeated Wednesday and Thursday.
